Service Description

A gently held group session offering shared space to slow down and rest together. Circles may include reiki, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation, creating a calm, nourishing environment for deep rest, grounding, and reconnection. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Late cancellations may be charged in full. I understand that unexpected things can arise and will always aim to approach each situation with care and understanding.
